In this module, our main challenge is to understand how to start selling - How do we start the process? 

To elaborate we cover:

- cold calling and lead generation, 

- Sales Funnel

- conversion techniques.

After the end of the course, you will be able to build a lead generation plan for your business, prepare a sales-funnel with activities marked to take the customers through the stages and improve the conversion from leads to customers.
